Pro Tips From The Real World

Updated: Oct 11, 2018

The purpose of this blog is very simple and straightforward. It will provide you with information on any given health issue, give you tips for self care and options about what to do when self care isn't enough.

Obviously, the information contained in this blog is not a substitute for direct treatment from a professional. Using my 15 years of experience it can certainly point you in the right direction and give you tips and strategies that I have seen work while working with thousands of people over the years.

The information in this blog will be based on my experience with the given issues or conditions that I have personal and or direct experience with.

The information contained in this blog is general in nature and is intended to be used for educational purposes only. It is not intended to provide medical advice.

Most of the conditions I talk about in this blog will have 2 sections on dealing with these problems, self care and what I do in my office. Self care is typically encouraged when problems are recent or not real bad. If you have been suffering from a given problem for more than a few weeks or if it is moderate to severe in nature then self care my not help or be appropriate.

Keep in mind that most musculoskeletal problems can be divided into 3 subgroups. Mild, Moderate, and Severe. Mild and some Moderate conditions can be helped via self care but typically the longer a problem has persisted or the worse it is the more intervention will be necessary.
